Event Coodinator

Sarah Louque is the Events Coordinator for the Guadalupe Ag and Livestock Fair AssociationSarah Louque is the Events Coordinator for the Guadalupe Ag and Livestock Fair Association. Seguin has been Sarah's life. She was born and raised in Seguin, graduated from Seguin High School, married and is raising three children in Seguin.

Sarah also grew up with the Guadalupe Fair. Her mother (Gay Lynn Olsovsky) is a Director of the association, her sister (Paula Lorton) is a member and her father (Teddy Olsovsky) recently retired after many years of membership with the Fair Association. She still receives help from her family when needed.

Sarah is the Head Chairman of the BBQ Cook-off and co-chair of the Civic Concessions. During the County Fair you will see her all over the place but not for long in one spot as she is always on the go! There are things that have to be done and done right then and there. It's the behind the scenes that no-one sees. She know the ins and outs of the fair like the back of her hand and if she doesn't have an answer for something, she will find the person that does.

Sarah goes above and beyond to help the Fair be as successful as possible. If there are questions or concerns she wants to hear about them so that she can try to make them right. She answers the Fair phone day and night, not because she has to but because she wants to. She said she knows what it is like when you are looking for an answer or have a concern and there is a recorder on the other end of the line. She tries to respond back to emails as fast as they come in and to answer all the questions that are out there. She knows many people come to the County Fair for family fun and entertainment but don't realize how much education they took home with them at the same time. She is glad that she can be a part of that. Sarah's comments, "I have always enjoyed the County Fair. My favorite Carnival ride as a teenage was the Zipper and I have always enjoyed watching the Bull Riding at the Rodeo".
