  1. Contestants must be a resident of Guadalupe County residing 75% of living time or attending a High School in Guadalupe County at the time of and during the contest 100%.
  2. Contestants will be sponsored by: High School, Social, Service, Civic organization or a private individual who will pay a $50.00 entry fee.
  3. The contest is limited to the first 30 contestants returning a completed entry blank and registration fee with their guardian to the first contestant meeting on Sunday, Sept. 8, at 6pm in the Fair Office on 859 Nelda St., Seguin, Texas
  4. Contestants must have never been married and without dependants during the contest or if crowned during the rein of contestant.
  5. If crowned, you must attend all functions for the duration of the fair year. Additionally, you will be called upon during the year to attend parades and other functions. If you miss more than three functions you will forfeit your title, crown, banner, trophy and privileges to which you are entitled. No exceptions will be made to this rule!
  6. Contestants will not perform a talent or appear in a swimsuit for judging.
  7. You will be responsible for arranging your own transportation, etc for parades and other events you are required to attend with an adult parent or guardian adult no minor will be acceptable.

During on-stage competition all judging and auditing will take place in full view of the audience. At this time judges’ points from the private interviews will be tallied with other points by the judges at the table. Judges will not leave the table until decisions have been announced from the stage. All judges ballots tally sheets will be kept confidentially. Tally sheets are confidential and not shared. Style Show sponsor will receive copies of each contestant’s application and will make notes & scores to be given to the judges on your actions during that experience with them.

CONTESTANTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A GUARDIAN TO THE Sunday, Sept. 12, MEETING.

Please bring application and Code of Conduct with you to the first meeting on Sunday, Sept. 11, at 6 pm at the Fair Office. Photos will be taken on this day for the media.
