Rules & Guidelines
- No excess noise will be allowed from the booth.
- No sale of dangerous or illegal items, or items that will hinder clean-up of the grounds. Some items not allowed on the Grounds are Silly string, smoke bombs, knives, guns (air, pellets, Pop, or darts) switch blades, No clothing with writing, pictures, Emblems symbols violence, sex or illegal drugs, blood, or gore.
Please share the loading spaces with others unload your Stuff and move your vehicle so others can unload as well.
- EXHIBITORS WILL HAVE A SPECIAL PARKING AREA.
- EVENT CENTER BACK DOOR IS ONLY OPEN PRIOR TO GROUNDS OPENING. DOOR SHOULD REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. NO ONE SHOULD PROP IT OPEN FOR SOMEONE TO COME IN THAT IS WHY YOU GET PASSES.

SETUP - Thursday Oct 09, 2025 5pm - 8pm (
Pick up your passes at this time. ** Festival hours: October 11th - 11:00 am to 10:00 pm,
October 12th -10:00 am to 10:00 pm, October 13th 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Types of Products accepted:
• Handmade Vendors
• Artists Vendors
• Crafts Vendors
• Repurposed Made Items Vendors Only
• Farmers Market Grown Items
Admission into the event grounds will be FREE for one vendor adult listed on the application. If additional is needed please submit that adult name and title request to the committee for approval as soon as possible.
All vendor applications have to be approved by the Committee and booth spaces will be filled on a first committee-approved, first-paid, first-reserved basis and they will only be guaranteed when full payment is received. We will not be offering any exclusives.
If your application and merchandise offerings are approved, your check will be deposited and confirmation on your space(s) will be the clearance of your check through your bank. Feel free to call Debra Richardson at (830) 305 1907 to check on the status of your application. Booth assignments will not be given to you until you arrive at the sign-in area.
